I deleted a conversation but now when I type in the number I can’t see the contact. What does that mean ? I also deleted text messages is that why ? And will the person see that?

Yes the person will see that you deleted messages, that’s a given. What does it say when you input the contact?

No they don't see that you deleted a convo. If you go in and select messages and say 'delete for everyone' it specifically deletes messages both ends.

When you say you don't see the contact, add the contact to your phone...do they turn up in WhatsApp? Its in the contacts section, not your messages section (because you deleted all those)
