Hi,
This is a bit random but I was wondering if people could please share their stories of toxic/emotional/physical abuse.

I'm trying to work things out in my own relationship and it would help to see what others have experienced to identify any similarities.

Thank you

This is really an odd way to go about understanding your own relationship. I'm not sure if it's helpful to go about it this way. It just sounds morbid and some people are so open to suggestion that they start to imagine things in light of what others say so you will need to get the facts of what happened on a piece of paper and then look on women's aid website for advice.

@AnimalisticBehaviour I can see what you're saying but things are just a bit foggy in my mind at the moment. I guess I'm just trying to get some clarification that I'm not over reacting and also to see how others dealt with it etc

Just read this book, you'll soon work out if your relationship is abusive!
Honestly, I can't recommend it highly enough.
