OLD - how do you avoid certain people?

Is it possible? I'm really not sure I'm cut out for online dating , but it's something I've thought about. The idea of coming across my ex husband though, is enough to stop me even trying. If he saw me on there, there would be repercussions I'd like to avoid.

If you pay for Bumble you can use “incognito mode” which only shows your profile to people you swipe right on. Not sure if it’s a thing on other OLD sites as well.

Ah OK. I live in a pretty rural area, and was worried if he was also OLD he'd see me abd, well I'd rather avoid it.

I think Tinder has a paid for setting where you only show to people you've swiped on.

I can't confirm because I'm banned! (Nothing sinister, just too many people reported my pictures as fake. They aren't.)

You can snooze your profile and it's free, when you want to look at a time they are probably not on, or have a quick browse through, then when you come across his profile, scroll to the bottom and hide and they won't see you.
