So today i went to a solicitor regarding a court order for childcare access which ended up getting thrown to one side because she said i needed a non mol application straight away today. The application has been done and sent to court and will hopefully get granted within the next couple of days and he will be served. I am absolutely terrified when he gets it what he will do and i know he will refuse it. Social services are also back involved due to an incident which happened the other weekend and he said he is going to ruin my life because i have met someone new and has told SS i have been having a relationship and sleeping with him. Has anyone else got a non mol against an ex and what happened? I am absolutely terrified
