Just want to ask for your thoughts. I know what I'm doing isn't right. So, I'm in a relationship but my SO doesn't give "my needs". When I ask him, he usually says he's busy, he's tired or he feels something. It's like he has a lot of excuses.
A month ago, I met a new coworker. We had a company event and we went drinking after. We started talking with each other, long phone calls and he even picked me up in my classroom. We did the deed and it's like super casual. I grew some feelings for him and it makes me confused. I love my SO but he's not making me happy. I'm enjoying my time with my Co-worker and I don't feel guilty with what I'm doing.

It’s not complicated, your needs come first so you are cheating. It’s a dreadful thing to do to someone. Finish your relationship before starting with someone else.

It's not complicated. You're not happy in your relationship to the point where you've cheated on them. You now need to do them a huge favour and end the relationship because they deserve a lot better.
