Hi

Single and on the horrible dating apps.

Looking for long term but in the meantime short term and fun too.

Where do I go. What sites are decent for short term fun and hookups?

I find them all a waste of time, I hate them and think we need to go back to the real world.

Looking for good advice from those that know.

I'm not single but I walked through a speed dating event (the ladies toilet is upstairs at this venue hence me passing) and it actually looked like really good fun everybody seemed very happy. Lots of people there and it didn't seem as awkward as I had imaged. Perhaps something like that may work for you?

If you’re upfront on your profile about looking for hook ups you shouldn’t have any problem on any of the apps.

Be honest though as there’s a lot on them who say they want a relationship but are only really after sex.

You can get hook-ups on all of the sites. If you say that's what you're looking for, be prepared to be flooded with men...

I think I'd rather be ghosted or dumped / not chosen on an anonymous app than in front of a whole load of people at a speed dating event!
