Do you think labelling people is helpful or unhelpful?

Eg “victim” implies no blame and no reason to improve?

”Abuser” implies to me someone who intentionally hurts another?

In my healing journey I’ve reached a point where these labels have blurred and become restrictive. I was a victim with some accountability and was treated bad by a person with disordered thinking, not intention who had victim qualities.

There are so many variables.
