Anger management help for me and kids

I know I have a problem with getting angry. Unsurprisingly therefore, the kids do too (junior school age).

Can anyone recommend any books/ online programmes or just tips from themselves for how to stop getting angry, or how to more healthily express anger?

I want a very solution focussed book/programme. I am painfully aware of all the literature on how damaging anger is for the kids. I know exactly what my triggers are. So I don't want a book that focusses on those two areas at the expense of what to stop the angry outburst.

Books programmes for the kids would be great too. Ideally, I am hoping for a programme with can do together, or at least me and the elder child.

Thanks
