I have been with my boyfriend for 2 months. Somehow we got talking tonight and back in April he went on a night out. There was a woman who was part of his mutual friends he had not met before. He said they were tipsy and she forced herself on him and wouldn't leave him alone which they had sex. He looked quite distressed when he told me closing eyes saying he has tried to block it out. I thought to myself when he was telling me he was sexually assaulted which he then said one of his best friends told him she thought he was sexually assaulted which she said for some reason it is not taken seriously with men. I showed him empathy and acknowledged what he went through but I am still in shock. I don't understand why he still has her as a Facebook friend. She is in a new relationship of 3 months and carrying on with her life. I don't know why he didnt go to the police. I am shocked and don't know how to forget this as he did not deserve that.
