Yes but I'd question why a woman is accepting money for looking at someones dick pics. The woman certainly has a part to play here. Surely it's not a one way street

I know a couple of people who 'know' but don't want to know iyswim ? Knowing in public would mean leaving and leaving would mean a significantly lower standard of life for them and their children, so they pretend everything is fine and get the 'upside' of their lifestyle.

One is very much planning on leaving once the children are through Uni and her DH has hit saggy scrotum/dodgy prostate ( her words not mine ) territory, she has been keeping tabs and has a lot of evidence stashed away in readiness. You honestly wouldn't think it to look at them as a couple in public !
