Hi, I can’t believe I’m writing on here I feel so embarassed☹️Anyway, I had DS 18 months ago and I’m currently pregnant again (20 weeks). Recently I’ve noticed my vagina to be quite loose, I’m not enjoying sex and either is my DH. Is there anything I can do to help this? Before my first child I used to have a great vagina, I can’t help to feel upset about this and obviously don’t want us to have no sex life… is there anything I can do to help to tighten down there? Many thanks xxx

You need to do pelvic floor exercises for the rest of your life basically. It's no good doing them for a while then stopping, after childbirth it really is a forever routine. Do a few when you are weeing, to see if you can stop the flow, if you can you are doing well. Then at regular intervals throughout the day.

Don’t do this it can cause infections.
Also this thread is a bit 🤔

Hello, I remember this and it does get better with exercises after, some good advice here. Do try different positions where your thighs can do some of the work and keep positive.

Well didn’t we all.
Have you considered that your DHs penis is just too small instead?

Yeah I’m aware that things change. I’m just looking advice, if you don’t have any please don’t comment. Also no, my partner isn’t the problem or I would have realised a long time before now.

I too am suspicious of the OP's post... something tells me this isn't actually a real problem from a real woman. 🙄

Thank you for your response! I’ve downloaded the nhs Squeezy app and will continue doing the exercises, hoping to see a difference over time!

@WhatTimeDoYouCallThis also, it’s nice to see I’m not the only one who’s been in the position and there’s something that can be done

Youre not supposed to ever mention that OP. You're on MN here, womens' vaginas never ever change after birth. Any man who says so is a narcissist chauvinistic coercive controller. LtB

Any man on this thread is either having a wank or a joke with his saddo friends on his Incel forum about how he has posted on MN and people are replying to him.

Which is it, I wonder?

Yes agreed. But it has produced some helpful responses I guess… 🤷🏼‍♀️
