In love but no lust

I’ve been with my partner for five months and we’re both very much “lived up” - full on gooey feelings and some of the best emotional chemistry I’ve ever felt.

However, whilst sex is satisfying and there’s definitely an attraction, neither of us, if we’re honest, have a feeling of overwhelming physical attraction to each other, like we have had with previous partners. This isn’t just about physical looks - I’ve had partners who definitely weren’t conventionally handsome, but who got my juices flowing on sight! Not sure if it’s pheromones or what.

Has anyone experienced similar? What we have otherwise is great, things like kissing and cuddling are wonderful and I’m definitely not turned off. But by both our own admission there’s a void - they say it’s not an issue but I’m scared it might be in the future.
