Split with only boyfriend I've ever had, together for 12 years.

I'm a 34 year old female, turning 35 at the end of the year. My boyfriend and I had been together for 12 years. I've always wanted marriage and children and hoped I'd have that with him. He was always faithful until just last week. Basically he has this female friend who is much, much older than him and me.

They've been going to watch snooker together. They've enjoyed going to bars for drinks together too.

Apparently they have been flirting and talking everyday over text for the past three months. She developed a crush on him. They met up last week and she kissed him, knowing he was in a relationship with me. He enjoyed it and they had a kissing session and told eachother they wanted to be together. He says they're together emotionally, not physically and he's broken up with me. I'm heartbroken.

I'm turning 35 at the end of the year and I'm frightened I won't find that special someone who wants marriage and babies with me, which is what I've always wanted.

Oh I'm so sorry, what a dick. You definitely still have time to meet someone and have children. For now though, focus on yourself and getting through this

I know it won't seem like it but really this is a blessing before there were children involved. He's shown you who he is...
