the person who was thinking of calling it a day with their dh/p after christmas but who we managed to persuade to give it another go????

I was thinking about you. you told us it was over but it was so clear that you and your dh/p had an awful lot of love for each other that virutally everyone said it seemed worth trying to save. you seemed to come round to agreeing...

how are things? how was christmas? I can't find your original thread and I can;t remember your name but I really remember the thread. hope things are ok.

thanks fatbelly - that is the one. I couldn't find it. there's an update at the end of december there that doesn;t sound great.

I just found this thread by chance. Thanks so much for thinking of me. Well, christmas and new year are over and............

We're still together! It's been hard, there really are a lot of issues but we're working through them together.
Thanks so much again to everyone who helped me to see that it wasn't over. I love my DP so much and always did. Reading that thread has reminded me of how sad it was, but also made me see how much better everything is just a month on. I know we'll get there.
