Have I been deleted?

Last night I realised the profile photo for both my cousin and his wife was missing from whatsapp. Thought it was a bit odd, as nothings happened and we're pretty close.

Having spoken to my dad, my cousin's profile photo is still showing up for him so it appears something odd is going on.

Have I been deleted? I've sent them a message and waiting to hear back but at this stage Im so fed up of people in general. I was regularly doing a 200 mile round commute to London to see them (as well as other friends) and this combined with a few other things has made me feel I should drastically cut down the effort I'm willing to give other people.

Please can you share any experiences you have had with something like this and with letting go of one sided relationships

thanks, I've called and text but no reply today, also sent a message a week ago. i'll see what happens, if they respond. it's all very odd

Just wait and see, try not to assume the worst. If the message has been delivered and the phone is ringing then you're not blocked. They're perhaps at work hence not answering. I would assume some techy issue before blocking if it was a cousin I had no prior issues with.

thank you, it turns out after all of that it was nothing as my cousin did reply. I don't know why I freaked out so much, I guess I miss them and it's been a long time. thank you for your response xx
