Best dating sites?

I realise it's like asking how long is a piece of string? But which dating sites have you found to be the best as I'm looking to sign up..

I've tried POF but found it's a bit too full of men just wanting hook ups.

I signed up to Match in September and casually dated someone but they turned out to be a time waster. Been looking on there again but it appears to be the same old faces or really creepy men 🤨

Any tips on the best sites please?

All dating apps have a commercial value to keep you on the apps for as long as possible otherwise they wouldn't exist.

I don't think one platform is better than the others, it's luck and timing rather than anything else.

I'm on Hinge (early 50's) - and it works well for me! I like that you both have to 'like'.

Met someone last Jan on there who I saw for 6 months, then he got way too needy and clingy, so re-registered a week or so ago - am currently chatting to a very nice sounding man, and we actually had a proper phone chat today :)

Hinge never worked for me, I'm not sure I'm interesting enough.
