Is it a fairly recent thing? If so I'd get him down to the GP, doesn't sound right to me.

I was wondering if he was ill. Mind you some people just never adjust to working odd hours. 5am is a very early start.

rdk · 21/11/2007 20:35

ive been speaking to his mum and asked her to make an appointment for him at gps because she goes to same gps as dp.

My dh the same. And like other posters I think it's partly his odd working hours and partly depression (that he won't acknowledge).

And yes I feel like a single working mum and am resentful that he sleeps on average 10hours a day and me 6.

So I'll watching this closely for tips!

could be a sleeping disorder or underactive thyriod. before I got diagnosed with having this, I could have slept for England and often did.

Def needs to get himself to the gp's, it's not normal to sleep that much and totally understand your frustrations.
