Had to pick DD up from Nursery as she has a temperature. She isn't allowed back until I get a negative test. This is the second time I'm having to get her tested... She's due to have a contact session this weekend with her father. What do I do if the test results doesn't come back in time. Last time I took her to be tested I didn't get the results for 5 days.
Can you offer some advice as she's supposed to isolate now.
I'm happy to offer an alternative as video call even though he's an abusive pig.. But just wondering if they can enforce the court order if I breach it by not taking her.

While I don't have any direct experience of contact, court orders etc., we are in the middle of a pandemic. You won't be breaching the court order by not taking her to a contact session, if the result isn't back because she needs to be isolating until you know she's negative. Not sure where the contact session happens but talk to your solicitor, CAB, the contact centre if there is one etc etc.
