How to deal with a narcissist ex..

Any tips please? This bastard is dragging me through the Family Court for access to DD. Just feel exhausted by it all.. It was exhausting being with him now fighting him is even more exhausting.

Is there a reason he is having to drag you through court to see dd?
Obviously if he's physically violent I can understand no access.

Physically violent, emotionally and mentally and psychologically abusive. Abused our daughter also. He's playing the complete victim now.
