I posted a week or so ago about my husbands wish to leave, he then backtracked. It’s been coming a long time our relationship has fizzled out, there is anger and resentment on both sides and since having our son, he is struggling to cope (so he says) and suffers with low mood/depression.

I need to know where I stand, after contacting relate they advised I have an initial free consultation to find out where I stand/financially.

I have nothing personally, he has built up his finances and it is currently shared.

He suggested a week ago moving out and getting his own place.

I wouldn’t want to live in our marital home, too many memories. But also wouldn’t want to disrupt our son (2 yr old)

With this information, I would feel better informed as to my options and next steps. He is always calling the shots and I feel like for once I need to be on the ball.

Can anyone recommend a good/reputable company/service that offers this?

Thank you x
