What books or other resources have helped you with low self-esteem, lack of boundaries and other consequences of relationship problems.
A few months ago someone on here suggested reading The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem by Nathaniel Branden and I loved it. It really got to the root of what causes self-esteem, what self-esteem is made of and actual tangible ways of increasing your self-esteem. I have found it really helpful and still consult the notes I made whilst reading it.
I am wondering if there are any other books or resources I might like that are similar. I think I liked it because it was quite psychological and explained what causes low self-esteem and how to increase it.
Does anyone have any recommendations of anything that has helped them?
