At your fact finding hearing?
Cafcass are directing the court towards a fact finding hearing. I'm fairly confident that fact will be found that my ex was severely violent and abusive towards me and DD.. I know if fact is found it remains so until there is a final hearing..
Is contact awarded if fact is found and all allegations are proven?
