Your family court experience.
Is it simply a case of fathers will get contact no matter what?
Did your ex partner get told there can't be any contact because of safeguarding risks?
I need to hear some positive stories on how the Family Court system hasn't failed.

My friend recently had her son effectively kidnapped by his father and had to go to court to get him back.

Judge ordered him to be returned to her, bollocked the father and he's only allowed supervised access once a month now.

@Completmentfille did he just take the child after contact? My ex is completely capable of doing that..

Yes, exactly - the child went round to his father for the weekend and the father completely refused to give him back. My friend called the police and they did a welfare check, but because there was no contact order in place and the father had parental responsibility they said there was nothing they could do and it was a matter for family court.

@Completmentfille is he having permwnrnly supervised access forever now? That's absolutely awful. Why on earth did he do that. Your friend must've been in bits.
