How do you know if you’ve fallen out of love

I’m really struggling with this at the moment, together 7 years, engaged.

I still fancy him and care about him but I’m just not sure how to work out if I love him.

Can you picture a future without him in it? Try really hard to do that, then work out if you're happy about it or not.

Imagine you are no longer together. Try and picture him in love with someone else; picture him looking at her like he used to look at you. Joking with her and being his best self. Do you wish that was you he's with, or are you glad it someone else? Do you miss him? Are you jealous or are you glad you're now free? Good luck
