Would be interested in hearing others experiences of CAFCASS and if you thought their recommendation was fair?

Would be interested to know how anyones custody cases turned out when cafcass recommended the child to be with the father more and his fiances kids when Im a single mum and can care for my child 24/7 - the ex accuses me of emotionally abusing my child - (not a chance i have) but it turned out my child had undiagnosed adhd at the time and so his behaviour was not down to me - child was going through sadness of parents splitting up - is on medication now for his adhd and he saw father physcially abuse a few times and speak down to me during marriage - cafcass seem very bias towards the father and him and his fiance have given a good impression - there are no grounds for her decision - apart from what the father tells her - surely she has to prove emotional abuse - thins have been fine for 6 weeks since the adjourned court hearing - one week with each parent and now shes done her report stating that the father should have him more - school and sw said no concerns - do they always listen to cafcass or can they see through them being bias to one parent with no hard evidence?
