Does anyone know how likely an urgent hearing will be granted based on the allegations on a C1A form? ex P has put a pack of lies on there and just wanted to know the process really. I believe it'll have to go before a Judge to see if its urgent enough to proceed.
Just feeling a bit dejected he gets away with treating us the way he does then suddenly writes a load of lies and expects it to be treated as a matter of urgency.
