Anybody married under the Covid regs?

Our families easily fit in to the up to 15 rule

Yes, but we eloped and it was brilliantly stress free! When it went from 30 to 15 one of us would have to sacrifice guests and it wasn't worth it. We've got a vow renewal booked in for June.

@JorisBonson Aw it sounds lush! The biggest thing putting me off atm isn't the limit of 15, it's that we've got a 4.5 yo daughter still on the boob loads!!!
On the other hand, the far cheaper cost is a huge pull and there's not the politics re inviting Great Aunt Sally etc!

That was big for us. Out wedding was only small anyway, but the cost of a meal for 22 people more than covered all the fees, 2 nights in a beautiful place and then a stop in a nice hotel on the way back, nice dinners etc.

The only person that kicked up a mild fuss was DH's brother, who to be fair understood that if we invited one person, the floodgates would open.

Your day sounded like it was very special We probably would have to just do the wedding and meal then that be it as the baby would need to be with us the wedding night anyway! As much as I would dearly love some quality time just me and my new husband it wouldn't really be possible.
