Do you think my husband has done this purpose?

I applied for financial proceedings, first hearing in a couple of weeks. I stopped child contact mid December 2019 and he has decided now to apply for contact proceedings on the same day he received my Form E, 9 months later.

He is a narcissistic abusive bastard and I feel like this is punishment for having the audacity for going for the money!

Yes probably but neither of you should be using the kids as weapons. Why did you stop contact? Was he abusive to the children?

Yes he was, Social services wanted contact Supervised and he would’ve agree.
