Am looking for the infamous guide to cheaters’ behaviour (the different behaviours they go through after being confronted), and the helpful guides on what to do/prepare to leave. Specifically for unmarried sahm.

You're looking for the Script. It goes like this:
X has an affair and is caught
X either a) gets angry, defensive, blames Y for years of alleged unhappiness or b) cries, is sorry, regretfully leaves and makes lots of promises about doing the right thing re kids and money, then over time gets bored of being the bad guy and reverts to a.) starts being an arse about contact and maintenence and continues to blame the spouse for all the problems
