DH Is friends with a woman he doesn’t know’ on Facebook?

I’m not on Facebook anymore but I sometimes use DH’s account to see a few community pages.

I noticed the other day that a woman has popped up on his friends list (where it shows a few on his main page) and asked him who she was but he denies knowing her.

I looked at his activity list (don’t think he knows that exists as he’s not techy) and it shows they became friends in June. No friend request made or received so how could they become friends?

Further digging shows he sent her a friend request a few years ago but she didn’t accept then until she suddenly popped up now.

I also see he has secret messaging activated on messenger.

His friends are mainly work and extended family and they have no mutual friends.

Any ideas?

If he doesn’t know her why doesn’t he delete her?

She could have randomly accepted even though the request was old. Secret messaging is often activated without the user knowing.

Why are you so suspicious? Is there something causing this sort of forensic examination of his Facebook account?

These kind of posts intrigue me...I never look at DHs friend list on FB... what made you do that?

Has he said why he sent a friend request?
