AIBU to be offended by this? My fiancée commented today in a joking way about my bum getting bigger. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and feeling self-conscious about my weight gain and body. I reacted and said that I've never commented on his weight or the size of his belly, this seemed to upset him but to me this is the same thing. Should I have just laughed this off?

If he can give it out, he can take it.

And he's not growing another human so he's in no position to be giving it out anyway.

Lol, he's actually not fat, just put on a bit of weight during lockdown and it only goes on his stomach, his weight doesn't bother me I just said it to prove a point really and he seemed to take great offence
