My sister has been seeing a guy for a few months and I recently found out he has a bit of reputation amongst his friends as being quite selfish and lacking in empathy. The kind of guy who will drop you for a better offer and takes loads from the friendship but doesn't give much back.
DS says that he isn't like this with her at all and he is really kind, loving and generous. I know it's not my place to interfere in DS's relationship but my gut feeling is that once the newness wears off and he stops trying to impress her, then he's going to turn into a bit of an arse. Does anyone have any stories which either support or contradict my theory?
