She died 18 years ago tonight. I can't sleep. I miss her still. She was a beautiful person, so kind and loving. I try to be like her, I try to be kind. I hope she is proud of who I have become. Sweet dreams. That's what she used to say to me as a child when I went to bed. Sleep dreams mum x

I am so sorry. It sounds like your mom was a wonderful woman. I wish I could console you, because your pain is so obvious in your post. I hope you are able to get to sleep tonight and have sweet dreams. Loss is so hard. Thanks

Losing a parent is so difficult. Take care of yourself and keep remembering your lovely mum.

It sounds like your mother was a wonderful and kind lady. May she Rest in Peace. Try to draw comfort and consolation from the many happy memories you have of her, and trust that one day you'll be reunited with her in heaven.

I know.

Gosh. I welled up at your first line. My mum died 2 and a half years ago. I still cry everyday. I am adrift.
