I am beginning to really struggle and do not want to bore my friends.

And want to do something constructive with this endless time on my hands.

Any ideas?

try www.justonesmallstep.org/online-counselling/justonesmallstep.org. She offers a free 15min initial consultation, and then it is £38.00 for a 60 minute appointment thereafter x

If you are in the UK you can look at www.bacp.co.uk which lists accredited counsellors doing online/telephone sessions

If you want a better understanding of anxiety and mental health there’s a number of free courses on open learn which may help You understand why you feel the way you do currently.

I’ve also downloaded a lot of anxiety resources to use and coping strategies to assist with coping and when I was at my lowest I messaged with SHOUT which is a service that allows you to message with a trained volunteer.
