Son’s 12th birthday and feeling sad

Just made a wonderful cream tea to celebrate my son’s birthday today . A memory came up on Facebook of him last year . I could never have dreamt this virus would happen in his lifetime . All of a sudden I had an overwhelming sadness of what his next birthday holds! Will some of our family not be here! I am obviously acting upbeat for him but I am truly worried one of us may be one of the sad statistics 😢

It's hard all round, but try and be positive and make the most of your time.

None of us would have ever thought this was going to happen....its so crazy.

Hang in there.

I am stressed as my husband is a Dr and he’s working in intensive care turning the poor patients with Covid . This is a major worry for him and I am also concerned in case he gives it to the kids . I have held it all together so far but I am having a wobbly today 😂
