Did you stay with your affair partner?

Hi all,

There’s been a lot of threads lately about regretting affairs and how to get over them; I just wondered if anyone had had an affair and decided to stay with that person. That actually they were better suited to you than your existing partner at the time.
How did it work out?

No judgements, I’m just curious to know if it ever does work out in the end.

From being cheated on I can say that my ExH did NOT choose the right person. He royally fucked up the dickhead.

As for ExP, he's been with his affair partner for 3 1/2 years.
They are still together but only because she doesn't know he's cheated on her loads. Not my monkeys, not my circus!!!

It certainly does work out for many couples.
But the fact they can cheat must always be in the back of your mind!
