I just wanted to say thank you from one fresh survivor of domestic abuse to those of you who have taken the time to offer your advice and support. It’s a time where a lot of people have quite understandably closed there ability to expand support past there own immediate needs and that of there family.

My support structure which I had began to create has dried up at an extremely difficult time in my life. So thank you for reading my posts and responding, it’s made an invaluable contribution to my life.

So glad you got some support and were able to get out 💐

I’ve realised that getting support is essential. Which is difficult and uncomfortable when you’ve been programmed to be alone. So I am grateful to those who’ve offered me there time.
