To ask who I can talk to?

So I don't need Talking Space or Mind or anything like that as I'm not depressed.

I kind of do want Women's Aid but they only have a limited chat facility and email.

So who do I talk to about an abusive sort-of ex? The police?

It depends, do you want to post-breakup dissect the relationship to understand it or was there a crime involved?

Talking here helped me a lot to understand what had happened to me and how I could maybe move forward. I learned a lot here.

If you have been assaulted I would suggest contacting womens aid and the police as well as leaning on the MN Vipers for support.

Are you ok?

More information required, really.

Do you want to report your ex's abuse?

category12 · 02/04/2020 19:24

Or are you currently under threat from him?

Or are you working on recovery?

Depends where you are in the UK. Domestic Abuse Helplines are open. If you're in England try 0808 2000 247 If you're in danger contact the police. If you're being stalked or harassed try the National Stalking Helpline.

Thanks there are some helpful contacts there.

No not directly in the line of fire any more. But still affected. It's ok, I'll try what you guys have suggested - thanks.

I'm glad you are safe, always feel free to talk on here there is usually someone about.

Would you like to tell us about it at all?

The freedom programme is supposed to be good - better in groups, but at the moment there's the online option.
