There's worse things in life than feeling like you're an absolute tit. It happens to everyone - in a few months time you'll be able to laugh about it.

And for dignity, imagine yourself a cat - or Lizzo and hair toss, check your nails etc.

Continuing on the Lizzo theme, I prescribe a new 'do (or treat yourself in a you-appropriate way) and seeing your friends, loud break-up music and dancing in the kitchen, a big pot of Ben & Jerrys, go for a walk or run somewhere beautiful, and if all else fails, shag someone else.

Well if you're not enough for them then effectively they are also not good enough for you. Sometimes it takes time to realise this.

It's a good thing to be free of a bad relationship.
