How do you move on with your dignity intact and not feel like an absolute tit

There's worse things in life than feeling like you're an absolute tit. It happens to everyone - in a few months time you'll be able to laugh about it.

category12 · 07/03/2020 12:53

And for dignity, imagine yourself a cat - or Lizzo and hair toss, check your nails etc.

changemynamechangemynamewhen · 07/03/2020 12:53

I know I will but it's also that crushing feeling when you like someone and have invested in them and basically you're not enough for them 😭😭😭😭solutions apart from drinking too much please

Continuing on the Lizzo theme, I prescribe a new 'do (or treat yourself in a you-appropriate way) and seeing your friends, loud break-up music and dancing in the kitchen, a big pot of Ben & Jerrys, go for a walk or run somewhere beautiful, and if all else fails, shag someone else.

Well if you're not enough for them then effectively they are also not good enough for you. Sometimes it takes time to realise this.

It's a good thing to be free of a bad relationship.
