Soon to be single. As title says, I've got ibs, which can be worse at certain hormonal points, where I get diarohea/flatulence (joy!tmi) I exercise and as they say, take care of myself but I also still feel very self-cons of my body at this age in a way I didn't used to.
But it's probably ibs I'm most aware of, also my diet's(and alcohol intake) is now fairly limited and people can be a bit rude/judgy about this. This limits me on actually having fun. And I may have to exit or go home early. I wish I were 35. I feel like damaged goods.

Anyone else in similar boat? Words of advice?
