I posted on this thread about a friend of mine who has recently left her noxious boyfriend after 10 years together.
Thankfully he seems to be keeping away, particularly as he does not know where she lives (he does know where she works though).
Anyway, DH has a friend who is single and I told him about her and vice versa. They would like to meet up and I'm really excited.
DH is excited about it too because he would like to see his friend settle down, especially as he is nearly 40yo. We both think they will suit each other but as she has just come out of a long term relationship, we are aware that she may not be looking for a long term commitment.
We've given them each parties telephone number so will now step back and see what happens. I really hope it works out.
