I've told my partner to leave. He never helps with raising his daughter, I've fallen really ill this week for the 5th time this year and not once has he helped. I'm extremely run down. This morning he finally said he would help and I came downstairs as I heard my daughter crying and he was snoring on the sofa leaving our daughter unattended. Luckily she was just reading a book bless her.
I'm at a loss as to what happens now because I don't trust him alone with our daughter. His dad's side of the family are horrendous they show up on my doorstep whenever they feel like it and they will be an absolute nightmare with this situation.
When I asked him to leave he purposely stormed upstairs shouting at me and purposely woke our daughter from her afternoon nap to spite me as he knows she will be overtired and cranky.
I really need some advice on how to deal with the situation from now on and I'm unable to negotiate without him becoming angry and immature. We are not married and we currently rent the property we are living in.
