But then I’m not jealous of his real life crushes either. I’m not quite sure how to phrase it without sounding wanky, but I am both so sure of my own awesomeness and worth and also so entirely comfortable with having never expected I’d be the only person my partner ever fancied, that it doesn’t bother me.

No! We chat about our celebrity crushes fairly often. I think it's healthy to be able to talk and joke about these things without it being weird. He'll tease me if e.g. we're watching a TV show and he knows I like one of the guys (and vice versa to him!). Or he might ask if I think a particular guy or girl is attractive/whether they're my type. I would find it weird with someone we actually knew or saw regularly though.

Yes because he was a porn addict who felt the need to see every stunning actress naked or in a porn scene. We could never watch tv without him getting his phone out, scouring the net for vile images of the beauty he saw before him. 🙄

Not usually but I used to have an ex who was obsessed with Natalie Portman to the point that it wound me up. Watched Black Swan the other day and didn't understand why I was irrationally angry until I remembered
