What would have been my 22nd wedding anniversary

To all of you lovely, hardworking mums that find yourselves wondering 'where the fuck did that go wrong'... This would have been my 22nd wedding anniversary and I thank the Lord of whatever that I got away from that absolute cretin excuse of a man.
He was financially, verbally, physically and emotionally abusive to me and his children and we are THRIVING without him.
There is hope and you can do it... And what's more.. You deserve it

Well done on getting out of the abusive relationship. It takes strength once you've been ground down.

I was really down on what was my 20th (not divorced yet), I felt on the scrap heap, dumped for a younger prettier model ... but miracles do exist, there is such a thing as love at first sight ... I don't ever remember being this happy and I've definitely got an upgrade on my ex, someone who loves me for who I am. Just need to keep it together for 3 more hours, we alas live far apart but he's just left work!
