Woman's aid, can they help me?

I just wondered if I stayed with Woman's Aid in a refuge, could they help re-house me? Away from my original area?

I need to leave but the council have assured me I'd be in a B&B for over a year if I go through them, temp accommodation, etc. Could Woman's Aid help me get housed?

Thank you Thanks

They will direct you to the right services, yes. Ring them now, if you need to, and get out of your situation. x

SpongeBob Thank you x

I'm worried I will just end up in the same situation with the council telling me what they've told me without Woman's Aid being involved.

And if that's the case then I may as well just go into a B&B from the get go. I'm fleeing emotional abuse and financial abuse but he won't follow me and is just a nasty arse so I don't fear for mine and DC's safety etc

Ring them and talk to them, as I have no clue about housing in your area. You will be aware of options then.
