I have a very aggressive narc ex who trolls me via email. I have managed to block him but do have to find a suitable way to communicate regarding our DCs.

Has anyone had experience of the court recommended tools, and does this stop the rude language / control?

Does anyone have any other suggestions for ways of communicating with difficult ex's?

I would contact Womens Aid and the Rights of Women organisations if you have not already done so.

I doubt very much that such things would halt an aggressive narcissistic ex in their tracks. He has not changed an iota since your separation and still wants absolute power and control over you and in turn these children. I would not use either tool as this could be used by your ex against you. It could certainly be used by him to further beat you about the head with. If he is too difficult/batshit/toxic for you to deal with, its the same deal for your children also. They need to be protected from him.
