These people have been helpful to me. I'm not the same as I was. I had psychotherapy 9 years ago and that set me on the right path, researching what it was about myself that had to change.
I'm not talking anybody out of therapy by the way! But it's hard to fit in to your life when you're 100% responsible for your children and/or broke and need to arrange babysitters just to talk things through. So this is just a quick list.
