Awkward

I’m currently in the middle of a break up with my husband and have had to take a few days off work here and there. My male (married) boss has been very supportive however then made a pass at me yesterday Shock it was nothing bad but was awkward as I had to decline him. Do I just carry on as normal or should I inform his wife who I actually know quite well

Brave if you given he size of the company and dynamics...but well done anyway

How did that go?

Bluntness100 · 02/10/2019 11:58

Why the grinning face when you've just blown someone's world apart?

Mrshappy2019 · 02/10/2019 12:00

I just said I don’t wanna make a big deal of it however I think she should know then told her what happened. She looked pissed off but thanked me and said leave it with her

Good for you! He tried it on at a very vulnerable time and thought he'd get lucky. The 'wife doesn't understand me card' is a classic she deserves to know.

She looked pissed off? Not shocked? Upset? Maybe he has form for this then.

Mrshappy2019 · 02/10/2019 12:20

Yeah definitely got form I think as she wasn’t even shocked. We’re not mates but know each other well and she knew I was trying to do the right thing. I think she either lives with this or she’s gonna catch him out. I don’t think she’ll mention me
