Is this normal ....dh has been away for 4 days and ..................

I havent missed him at all in fact its been blissful.

The house is clean and tidy
I seem to get more done even though I have to do everything myself
I'm sleeping much better without him snoring next to me
I wake up feeling refreshed like Ive really slept
Ive done things that I want to do (like spend ooodles of time on the pc when the kids have gone to bed)

Is this weird, should we be re-examining our relationship when he returns??

mosschops, completely normal i think!! esp if you've been together a while. DH was away with work last week (unusual) and while it was hard knowing that the cavalry wasn't going to arrive at 6.30 to entertain ds while i raced around doing all the stuff i couldn't get done earlier in the day, once ds was settled in bed it was fab. Watched lots of girly tv, mnetted without someone moaning about computer lesbians, ate what i wanted, washing basket was well under control, no horrible hairs left round sink, nobody farting first thing in the morning under the duvet, no butter tub left out to go all soft and gooey. But it was nice to have him home again after a week's peace (honestly).

Lizz,what about that lasar thing when they nuke the back of the throat?
Is he fat?
That makes it worse,sdoesn't it?

If you're really not sure about your relationship - try going away yourself for a few days. It's totally different. I miss them all desperately then. A good test perhaps.
