We've still been speaking...meeting for coffees. 3 months after splitting
we rowed last night and i ended up upset after he said he couldnt help that he didnt feel the same anymore.
Then later he said he adored me and i got a sweetdreams beautiful.

Were not sleeping together.
Ive been on a couple of dates with a guy who seems open...ive said im not ready for a relationship or anything like jumping into bed (he's very touchy). Haven't told my ex about the dates.
Im half moving on but i dont want to let go if theres a chance with the ex

A couple of things.

1. You're not ready for dating yet so have some me time.

Do something you've always wanted to - trip / show / etc

1. Stop meeting him.

He's made his position clear. While you act like friends ( coffee / meet ups etc. ) You remain in the friend zone.

Yes people get back together.
( I never have ) but there is usually a very good reason they are ex's.

In all honestly this sounds like a game. He says this but gets to shop around whilst still hedging his bets.

Personally I’d take a time out from all men and have a break and just be with yourself.
